These payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and weather terms apply to photography sessions booked with Faye Frame Photography.
Payment
The session price is due in full when the session is booked. A session is reserved only after payment and booking confirmation are complete.
Client cancellations
A cancellation received more than 7 days—more than 168 hours—before the scheduled session start qualifies for a refund of 50% of the session price paid.
A cancellation received 7 days or less before the scheduled session start is nonrefundable. A missed session is also nonrefundable.
Client rescheduling
Rescheduling requires photographer approval. Approved reschedules transfer the existing payment to the replacement date.
Photographer cancellations
If Faye Frame Photography cancels the session, the client may choose either a full refund or transfer of the full payment to a replacement date.
Weather postponements
When Faye Frame Photography determines that weather requires postponement, the full payment will transfer to a mutually agreed replacement date without penalty.
Submitting a request
Use the cancellation or rescheduling request link in the Faye Frame booking confirmation. Eligibility is determined by when the request is received relative to the scheduled session start.
